Tene' Thomas, CPA

Tene' Thomas is a licensed CPA with more than 15 years of technical experience in tax compliance and accounting services. As Partner of the Tax and Accounting practice, Tene is responsible for the organization's strategic growth initiatives as well as providing leadership and mentoring to the firm's tax and accounting staff.

Tene is passionate about tax planning and optimization. She specializes in federal and multi-state income taxation and focuses on tax planning and tax compliance. She is highly skilled at conducting technical research, providing high-level individual and small business accounting and tax solutions, and consulting on business entity formation and restructuring. Furthermore, Tene has a wealth of experience in the nonprofit arena including preservation of exempt status, preparing organizations with obtaining and securing exempt status with IRS, unrelated business income tax planning, participation in combined fundraising campaigns, state charitable registration, and basic tax compliance.
