Shannon Norman, CPA
Director of Accounting and Administration
Shannon Norman serves as the accounting and administration director and is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting and other firm wide administrative initiatives. Ms. Norman plays a key role in strategic planning working closely with firm leadership to record, analyze and report financial and accounting practices. In addition to budgetary and fiscal responsibilities, Ms. Norman develops, documents and implements administrative policies and procedures for the efficient organization and operation of the firm.
Prior to her promotion to Director, Ms. Norman served the firm for five years as a senior consultant specializing in research, interviews, benchmarking and data analysis for the completion of operational reviews, peer reviews, performance reviews, diversity and compliance reviews and risk assessments for federal and state government agencies, school districts and private sector companies.
Shannon is a very diligent and detail-oriented individual which makes her personality a perfect fit for ensuring MJLM runs like a well-oiled machine. |
