With more than 40 years experience in accounting, financial and consulting services, John has worked with a variety of engagements including public companies, large governmental entities, private companies, and individuals. He has also prepared tax returns which included complex consolidations with international operations, personal income tax returns, and estate tax returns.
John has served on the committee of the Texas Society of CPAs, in which he oversaw the peer review program. He has also been active as a subcommittee chairman, and was involved in conducting seminars on the peer review process. From this experience he has performed peer reviews to over 200 firms in Texas, Colorado, New Jersey, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Michigan.
John’s background consists of a full range of accounting, audit, tax and consulting services to individuals, businesses, trusts and estates in a variety of industries including publicly-held international Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Companies with operations in the former USSR, Forestry and Medical and Technical Development Stage companies, and Private companies in Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution. |
