Edward Hlousek, CPA

With more than 30 years experience in accounting, financial and consulting services, Edward Hlousek has worked with both SEC registrants and privately-held companies throughout the United States as well as in Latin America and Europe. His background consists of serving large accelerated filers, as well as smaller capitalized companies, doing reverse mergers or IPOs. Edward was a Partner at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and he also led the Merger Integration Practice. Edward's expertise also includes M&A, internal controls, change management and process improvement services.
Edward's career has focused on serving the financial services, manufacturing, and energy industries including oil and gas exploration and production; electric and gas utilities; pipelines; and refining and marketing. He has led mergers for integration projects for both mid market and Fortune 500 companies.
Edward's background includes the structuring and restructuring of small and mid-size companies through MLPs, IPOs, and reverse mergers. He also has worked on various audit and regulatory projects for organizations including El Paso, Halliburton, Public Service on New Mexico, Dynegy, Dune Energy, and Deep Down among others. |
